A three-hour block of flexible, custom consulting time you can use over one or multiple sessions. Designed for advancement professionals who need a strategic partner to help navigate complex challenges or move key projects forward.
Use CMAC Office Hours to:
- Get feedback on alumni and constituent engagement plans or new initiatives
- Workshop volunteer engagement strategies and roles
- Align engagement efforts with campaign or fundraising goals
- Discuss alumni metrics and dashboard development
- Brainstorm and refine staff structure or internal communications
- Explore professional coaching or leadership challenges
- Review a proposal or award submission
What’s included:
- 3 hours of total consulting timeÂ
- Delivered over Zoom in flexible formats (one 3-hour session, 3 one-hour sessions, etc.)
- Recap notes and informal follow-up as needed
- Note: Not available presentations for direct board facilitation
- Access to Alumni Lighthouse our CMAC partner community (coming in September)

Alumni Engagement Strategy Lab
A structured, two-hour micro-consulting experience that delivers a fast, actionable boost for your team
or project. Great for institutions with a focused challenge and a need for outside perspective.
Designed to address challenges like:
- Refreshing or recalibrating your alumni engagement strategy
- Clarifying your team’s role within advancement, for campaign engagement, or across the institution
- Exploring the donor pipeline implications of your engagement work

- Customization of the lab for each partner
- Two-hour Zoom-based strategy session
- A custom summary brief with key takeaways, recommendations, and next steps
- Follow-up email support for clarity or quick questions
