Annie Quade is a consultant and coach with a passion for building healthy, high-performing advancement teams. She brings more than a decade of experience across alumni engagement, annual giving, major and planned gifts, and talent strategyā€”working at the intersection of people, process, and performance.
At UTEP, Annie serves as Chief Engagement Officer, where she leads a division-wide transformation, launches innovative talent initiatives, and helps drive record-setting fundraising results. She is also the founder of Advancement Talent Co., a professional community focused on strengthening leadership and retention in the advancement sector. Annie partners with clients to clarify strategy, realign roles, and foster team cultures that actually workā€”for people and performance.
When sheā€™s not working, Annie can be found adventuring around Vermont with her two daughters.
